Pro-Series High-Torque Mini Starters
PROFORM Pro-Series Starters offer the torque, power and compact size needed for the space constraints in most modified rides. The offset design results in more clearance for the oil pan and many models can be rotated for additional chassis clearance. PROFORM Starters utilize a full ball bearing construction, and a smaller, faster-spinning motor (1.4kW or 2.4kW) to rotate the pinion gear with a 3.75-to-1 sealed gear-reduction drive. The result: lower power consumption, higher torque output, with the ability to crank 11.0:1 to 15.0:1 compression ratio engines with ease (varies by part number).

Race Series High-Compression Starters
For engines with monster cubic inches or compression ratios, The PROFORM Race Series High-Compression Starters are built from scratch. With its high torque rating, thanks to a healthy 4.41:1 gear reduction, these starters are capable of cranking engines with 14:1 compression. Fits Chevy small and big block, and Chrysler engines.
