PROFORM’s Stud Boss Cutter Tool is equipped with abrasion resistant, carbide blades, that will maintain a sharp cutting edge and the precision machining down of factory cylinder heads to mount screw-in studs for rocker arm installation. Simple to use, attach the tool to an arbor press with the included adapter, and with the guide just cut to desired depth. Please note that the cylinder head may need to be angled correctly before cutting, and the finished cutting area should be at least the same diameter as the screw in stud hex nut flange area.
